On efficiency going into this game:

For some of these guys, especially this senior class, we want to go out on top for them. Coach has been preaching all week this is probably going to be the winningest senior class we’ve had in the school’s history. So with that alone we’re going in with a chip on our shoulder to prove something and really just keep the same attitude that we’ve had all season.

On whether or not he is playing:

Yeah, I’m playing. I want to start what I’ve finished. For this game I’m all in, I’m playing I want to finish it out with the guys.

On what the motivation is considering this is a non-playoff bowl game:

Winning matters, it matters at all costs for me. I am a winner, so I want to win at all costs, so that’s why we’re playing this game and that’s why we want to win this game.

On being in Miami:

Oh yeah, man, I’m gonna enjoy Miami while I’m here. I’m going to try to enjoy myself and hang out with the guys.
