What do you say to Drew Allar after that late interception?

I mean, listen, everybody wants to talk about Drew during that last minute interception. Drew has made some incredible plays all season. He’s the reason why we’re here. We wouldn’t be having this conversation now, after the Orange Bowl, if it wasn’t for Drew Allar doing the things that he’s done all season. He throws a pick in a moment where, of course, anybody would be upset, but that happens in football. Not everything’s going to be sunshine and rainbows, perfect plays, perfect catch. It happens. ‚Ķ I thank you Drew, and I appreciate you Drew for all that he’s done and all that he would do for this program.

What have you learned about this team over the year?

We’re a resilient group, and we just have tremendous players. As you see, [Dani Dennis-Sutton] came up in some huge moments. ‚Ķ The whole d-line is just some incredible people. I’ve learned that this team is incredible.
